Flexibility - Why it's so important for your body and mind!

Flexibility is an aspect of health that many people neglect, according to the American College of Sports Medicine. Flexibility is important because tight muscles can create problems throughout your body. To improve your flexibility, the ACSM recommends stretching every day!


Always make sure your muscles are warm before you start as they will lengthen more easily and with less discomfort. Start with 10 minutes and feel the benefits to your body and mind!
